
Star Magazine claims that Britney has been working out like a fiend to get her new figure - grueling workouts at the gym and lots of dance classes. They also claim that she is on a diet where she only eats half of anything - for instance, half of a cookie, half of a meal, etc. Plus, she now eats breakfast:
Britney is also making healthier food choices, say the insider. “This is the first time in her life that she’s been eating breakfast. She used to wake up at noon, so she just totally skipped it. But now she eats packaged oatmeal with sugar or Special K or Total cereal with nonfat milk. She has a whole cabinet full of cereal and oatmeal.”
Sounds healthy… or does it?
