Ashley Harkleroad To Pose In Playboy

Female tennis player Ashley Harkleroad told reporters yesterday that she will appear in Playboy for the August 2008 edition. The pictures from the photo shoot for Playboy have already been taken. Harkleroad made the announcement after being defeated by Serena Williams at the French Open.

At 23 years old, Ashley Harkleroad will be the first tennis player to appear in Playboy. Harkleroad said of the experience, “I’m proud of my body. I was representing a female athlete’s body.”
